Terminal, file system and jupyter notebooks being share'able is helpful for collaborative development

Having a file system opens a local directory would be really crucial to make localportal the defacto tool for remote accessing a new machine

Its nice to have the local http services exposed to public but it'd be very nice if user doesn't need to have another way of accessing the machine. Then localportal is the only solution one need
